Several years ago Mike and I began discussing reestablishing his anterior aesthetics. He had a heavy parafunctional bruxing habit. There had been much drifting of his dentition. We initiated realignment using clear correct orthodontic appliance therapy. After the teeth were repositioned scans were completed to create metal reinforced biotemps for the upper and lower dentition. After fine tuning his occlusion and aesthetics., crowns were fabricated using aesthetic bruxer restorations. A lower retainer and a maxillary bruxing guard were seated to protect our results
